Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote listing the pages, features and timeline. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

Payment milestones are set out in the quote. Work begins once the first milestone is received, and the site goes live once the final payment is complete.

Content

You are responsible for the text, images and logos you provide and for having the right to use them. We can help source licensed images where needed.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, the website and its files belong to you. The domain is registered in your name. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Hosting and third-party services

Hosting, domain, payment gateways and similar services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We set them up and help manage them but cannot control their uptime or pricing.

Support

Bug fixes for work we delivered are free for the support period stated in your quote. Ongoing changes and maintenance are available on a monthly plan or per request.
